1. Does Covid-19 effect on shipping time?

Yes. During global pandemic usual shipping time is somewhere between 15-30 days, but we use special line shipping, our shipping time is 5-20 days. If more than 40 days have passed please email us at info@gsdcolony.com and we will give you full refund or send new packet free.

4. Shipping time
Delivery time depends on many factors ( especially now during the corona virus ), but our average time is enough for about 7-25 days around the world. If the package did not arrive 25 days after the order, contact us and we will refund you or send a new package completely free.

Our processing time for order is 1-4 days. During the weekends we don't process the orders.

9. Can I cancel order?
You can within 6h. After that the processor processes the order and sends the packet and then we can't refund you. Our delivery rules will always be highlighted on each page. Please check your order before confirming it, because in the event that more than 6 hours have passed since the order and you have requested a refund, we will not be able to refund your money.
